Parent/Child 1 “Tiny Tumblers”
This class is appropriate for children aged 18 months - 2 1/2 years. In this class the goal is to build coordination and strength in a fun and safe environment while working toward jumping on 2 feet and introducing skills. These classes also strive to improve social skills and provide socialization. Parents are active participants and are encouraged to learn safe spotting techniques with their children.
Parent/Child 2 “Super Tumblers”
This class is appropriate for children aged 2 1/2 through their 4th birthday. The goal of this class is to prepare 3 year olds to enter Independent Pre-k/K classes at age 4. It will be more structured than the “tiny tumblers” class but with parent involvement to ensure safety. Parents will be active participants and help their children to remain with their group/station and perform activities safely.
Pre-K/Kindergarten Classes.
This class is for children aged 4-6. The focus of these tumbling lessons is on improving strength, balance and coordination with the introduction of beginner level skills in a fun environment that incorporates games, obstacle courses, and stations to achieve goals.

Recreation Classes
Beginner/Intermediate.
These classes are appropriate for children aged 6-8. These classes will work on fundamental skills, including forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, hand-stands, round-offs, bridge ups from the ground and begin to introduce intermediate level skills including kick-overs, back bending and running tumbling.
Intermediate/Advanced.
This class is appropriate for children aged 8 and up. Here we will progress from beginner/intermediate skills and begin working on more advanced skills including front and back walk-overs and handsprings and progress running tumbling.
